Quality is our #1 goal. If a pearl does not meet our strict quality control standards, we will not sell it.

Our company strives to find the finest quality pearls, always selling them to you for the lowest possible price; often up to 80% off of retail. We back all of our sales with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for ANY reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly and cheerfully give you a refund*.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, please let us know. It is our policy to do everything we can to make our customers happy. We strive for 100% satisfaction. Your input is valuable.

You may return an item for refund* or replacement within 60 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

*Refund Deductions:

    • We do not refund shipping charges (our cost for postage).
    • Most items come with a tag. A 5% Restocking fee will be assessed if the tag is removed. (Earrings are an exception as they normally do not come with tags.)
    • A 12% Restocking fee will be assessed ONLY if item was purchased from our monthly “Sale Page”, as indicated on top of that special “Sale Page”.
    • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and in its original presentation box.
